Refunds

Citeware does not offer refunds. The only paid action on the site is an optional one-time Process now charge.

What you can pay for

Browsing the catalog is free. Submitting a public product URL to the free queue is free. Process now (currently $15) is optional. It moves that URL ahead in the analyze queue. It is not a subscription and not a listing fee.

No refunds

Process now is not refundable, including if:

  • the listing is still pending, rejected, or never appears on Home or Search
  • the write-up is incomplete, outdated, or wrong
  • the vendor site blocks CitewareBot or returns a challenge page
  • you submitted the wrong URL, a duplicate, or a site we already list
  • you expected rank, a badge, or editorial placement

If something looks wrong on a card charge

Email [email protected] with the receipt and the job URL. We can explain the charge. We still do not refund Process now as a matter of policy.
